Q: What kind of debris can this powerful vacuum pick up?
A: The general mesh filter handles large leaves, acorns, and the fine fiber filter for fine sand. Insert the 3D filter balls module into the standard mesh filter for ultra-fine pollen. Note: This is not intended for live green algae.
Q: Can I use this vacuum to clear the live green algae?
A: No. The vacuum is only for dead algae. This vacuum cannot clear live green algae blooms - you must treat the pool with chemicals first. Once the algae dies and settles, use this vacuum (3D filter balls) to collect it.
Q: Should I use the 3D Fiber Balls module all the time? How to Clean Fiber Balls? Are they reusable?
A: Fiber balls reduce suction by over 50%, use only for micro-filtration. Fiber balls are reusable, clean by hand squeezing in a clear water rinse, replacements are available on Amazon. Please use standard or fine mesh filters for daily cleaning.
Q: I have a larger pool, can I attach my own long pool pole for better reach?
A: Yes! While it comes with a 7-foot sectional pole, the vacuum handle is 100% compatible with standard telescopic pool poles, allowing you to easily reach the deep end of inground pools.
Q: What pool types and areas is this best suited for? Can it work with pool robots?
A: It works great on inground pools, above-ground pools, and spas. With two interchangeable heads (Wide and Narrow Spot), it easily cleans tight corners, pool steps, and tricky vinyl seams where robotic cleaners miss.
